In every supply chain management use case, an item pass through several steps prior to manufacturing or “go to market” stage. In the centralize architecture a Management Information System (MIS) keep track of each step through transaction in the databases. However, these transactions can be fake to proof the authenticity of the item. For example, consider a diamond which pass through 7 steps prior to “go to market”. We, at Blockchain Lab, developed a decentralize Supply chain management platform called “dupply” for food and diamond. The platform is developed in native code coupled with mobile applications.
